Product Availability | Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order- you will be contacted via e-mail immediately to determine whether you are interested in receiving an alternative product that may be available. If we don’t receive a response from you within 3 days, your order will be automatically refunded. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement and you wish to dismiss the sale, we will refund the amount charged to the original form of payment.
Order Processing | At Mosibello- Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST. All orders received before 4:30 P.M. are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday and we are closed. Once your package leaves our shipping facility, you will receive a notification via e-mail along with a tracking number. Orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form. Please allow extra processing time for holidays and collection launches. Please understand that it shall take up to 28 days for the package to be delivered to you, from the time you have ordered it. Mosibello shall try to do this as fast as possible, but Mosibello crafts its shoes itself, makes them by hand, and thus requires a maximum of 28 days for all the processes to be completed, including it reaching to you.
Payment Terms | We accept all major credit cards, Mosibello Gift Cards, Paypal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address | Invalid or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have accurately noted all of the information including address, apartment #, etc. needed to successfully deliver your package. Depending on your chosen carrier, your order will be shipped to the address you provide. If an address correction needs to be made after you have placed the order, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid mailing address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Shipping Delays | We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier exception delays. Please be advised that holidays do not count as a business day and should be taken into consideration when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping authorities to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. International Shipping Disclaimer | Customers who place orders outside of the US are responsible for applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. By completing your order, you agree to pay for all applicable fees.
